Our lodge is located 25 minutes downstream among the Madre de Dios River and very close from the Hearth of the Tambopata national reserve.

What to Expect
Essential things for your adventure.
Transfer from the airport or bus station, to our jungle house. (Transfers are available after 9:00 am)
Departure towards our place located on the river shore and after, lunch walk of 2 km of jungle interpretation always searching for monkeys, butterflies and talking about the importance and uses of the forest for local people.
Boat ride called caiman and capibara search to join the river shore and search for caimans and capybaras.
The Inkaterra hanging bridges are among the longest hanging bridges in Peru. There are seven bridges connected between the treetops and at a height of 40 m from where we can observe, with luck or with the lazy howler monkeys, a variety of birds such as toucans and hummingbirds.
Lunch, dinner, overnight at private room
5:15 am early in the morning we go up stream where is a place called Parrots clay lick, in sunny days we have chance to see parrakeets, parrots and 2 species of small macaws.( birdwatching activity).
Around our jungle, we have over 35 natives’ communities with a different mindset, the main idea is learning a bit from the local people and daily uses them we go straight to the Lake Sandoval, 3 km walk into the hearth of the Tambopata National reserve towards Lake. Then navigate by dugout canoe around this oxbow lake, learning about ecosystem where with luck we have chance to see 4 different types of monkeys, squirrels, lizards, black caiman, birds, giant river otters and perhaps one of the biggest fresh water fish Paiche.
Zip line the hanging bridge trunk in the forest, the excursion ends in approx 50 minutes.
